1. ข้อตกลงนี้

ข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับ GlowCube Game Inc. ("เรา") ผู้ให้บริการเกม "วินมอไซค์ vs. ไคจู" เมื่อคุณเล่นเกม ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดเล่นและลบแอป

2. อายุ

เกมนี้ทำสำหรับผู้เล่นอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป ผู้เล่นที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ปกครองก่อนซื้อของในเกม

3. บัญชี

• เกมสร้างบัญชีผู้เล่นให้อัตโนมัติตอนเปิดครั้งแรก บัญชีนี้อยู่กับเครื่องของคุณ ผูกบัญชี Google ไว้ (ตั้งค่า → บัญชี) เพื่อเล่นต่อบนเครื่องใหม่ได้
• บัญชีที่ไม่ได้ผูก Google อาจหายเมื่อลบแอปหรือเปลี่ยนเครื่อง เราไม่รับประกันว่าจะกู้คืนให้ได้
• บัญชีเป็นของคุณคนเดียว ห้ามซื้อ ขาย แลก หรือให้ผู้อื่นใช้บัญชี

4. ไอเทมและสกุลเงินในเกม

• เหรียญ เพชร น้ำมัน กุญแจ อะไหล่ อุปกรณ์ พี่วิน รถ และของอื่นในเกม ("ไอเทม") เป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานส่วนตัวภายในเกมนี้เท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินหรือเงิน ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง แลกคืนเป็นเงิน โอน หรือขายต่อไม่ได้
• ยอดไอเทมของคุณเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา ยอดบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์เป็นยอดที่ถูกต้อง เราอาจแก้ยอดที่ผิดจากข้อผิดพลาดของระบบหรือการโกง
• กล่องอุปกรณ์และแพ็กที่มีของสุ่มแสดงอัตราการได้ของแต่ละระดับก่อนเปิดหรือก่อนซื้อ
• เราอาจปรับค่าพลัง ราคาในเกม รางวัล และความยากง่ายเพื่อความสมดุลของเกม

5. การซื้อในเกม

• การซื้อทั้งหมดทำผ่าน Google Play ตามราคาที่ Google Play แสดง ของที่ได้แสดงในเกมก่อนกดซื้อทุกครั้ง และเข้าบัญชีเมื่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรายืนยันการซื้อกับ Google แล้ว
• เสื้อกั๊กวินพรีเมี่ยม (VIP) เป็นการสมัครสมาชิกรายเดือนที่ต่ออายุและตัดเงินอัตโนมัติจนกว่าคุณยกเลิกที่ Google Play ยกเลิกแล้วยังใช้ได้ถึงวันสิ้นรอบ บัตรรายเดือนไม่ต่ออายุเอง
• การลบบัญชีไม่ยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิก ให้ยกเลิกเองที่ Google Play
• ถ้าจ่ายเงินแล้วไม่ได้ของ แจ้งเราที่ ตั้งค่า → คุยกับทีมพัฒนา หรืออีเมล พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ (GPA.…)

6. การคืนเงิน

• การขอคืนเงินทำตามนโยบายของ Google Play
• เมื่อการซื้อถูกคืนเงินหรือถูกปฏิเสธการชำระ เราเรียกของจากการซื้อนั้นคืน: เพชรเต็มจำนวนแม้ยอดจะติดลบ อะไหล่เท่าที่มี อุปกรณ์ถ้ายังอยู่ สิทธิ์ไม่มีโฆษณา วันที่เหลือของบัตรรายเดือน กองทุนเติบโตและเพชรที่กองทุนจ่ายไปแล้ว และ VIP · พี่วินที่ปลดล็อกแล้วไม่ถูกเรียกคืน
• เพชรติดลบ ใช้เพชรไม่ได้จนกว่ายอดกลับมาเป็นศูนย์หรือมากกว่า (ได้จากการเล่นหรือซื้อเพิ่ม)

7. โฆษณา

โฆษณาในเกมเป็นแบบกดดูเพื่อรับรางวัลเท่านั้น ไม่มีโฆษณาบังคับดู รางวัลให้เมื่อดูจบและระบบยืนยันแล้ว แต่ละจุดมีจำนวนครั้งต่อวันจำกัด ผู้ซื้อ "ไม่มีโฆษณา" หรือ VIP รับรางวัลได้โดยไม่ต้องดู ภายใต้จำนวนครั้งเดิม

8. การเล่นอย่างยุติธรรม

ห้ามแก้ไขแอป ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่นหรือบอต ใช้ช่องโหว่ของเกม ปลอมการดูโฆษณา ใช้การซื้อที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตหรือขอคืนเงินโดยทุจริต หรือรบกวนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ถ้าพบ เราอาจเรียกของที่ได้มาโดยไม่ชอบคืน รีเซ็ตความคืบหน้า ระงับ หรือปิดบัญชี โดยไม่คืนเงินสำหรับของที่ได้จากการกระทำนั้น

9. คุยกับทีมพัฒนา

ข้อความและภาพที่ส่งถึงทีมงานต้องสุภาพ ไม่ผิดกฎหมาย และไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น เราอาจไม่ตอบหรือลบข้อความที่ไม่เหมาะสม

10. เนื้อหาและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เกม ภาพ เสียง และข้อความเป็นของเราหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ ตัวละคร เหตุการณ์ ชื่อยี่ห้อรถ และชื่อร้านในเกมเป็นเรื่องสมมติหรือล้อเลียนเพื่อความบันเทิง ไม่เกี่ยวข้องหรือได้รับการรับรองจากบุคคลหรือแบรนด์จริง สถานที่จริงใช้เป็นฉากเท่านั้น

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติบริการ

• เราปรับปรุง เพิ่ม หรือเอาเนื้อหาออกได้ อีเวนต์และข้อเสนอมีเวลาจำกัดตามที่แสดงในเกม เกมต้องต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตตอนเล่นด่าน และอาจปิดปรับปรุงเป็นครั้งคราว
• ถ้าจะยุติบริการ เราจะแจ้งในเกมล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน และหยุดขายของในเกมทันทีที่แจ้ง ไอเทมที่เหลือไม่คืนเป็นเงิน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด

12. ความรับผิด

เราให้บริการเกมตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ และพยายามให้เกมทำงานต่อเนื่องและข้อมูลไม่หาย แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือหยุดชะงัก ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมจากการใช้เกม ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ใดที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค

13. การลบบัญชี

คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด หรือหน้าลบบัญชี ไอเทมทั้งหมดหายถาวรและกู้คืนไม่ได้

14. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด กฎหมาย และการติดต่อ

เมื่อแก้ข้อกำหนดนี้ในเรื่องสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในเกม การเล่นต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่ ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ติดต่อเราที่ admin@glowcubegame.com หรือ ตั้งค่า → คุยกับทีมพัฒนา

If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and GlowCube Game Inc. ("we"), who run "Win vs Kaiju" (วินมอไซค์ vs. ไคจู). By playing you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop playing and uninstall the app.

2. Age

The game is made for players aged 13 and over. Players who are not yet adults must have a parent's or guardian's permission before buying anything in the game.

3. Your account

• The game makes a player account automatically on first launch. It lives on your phone; link a Google account (Settings → Account) to continue on a new phone.
• An account never linked to Google can be lost when you uninstall the app or change phones. We do not promise we can restore it.
• Your account is for you alone. Do not buy, sell, trade or share accounts.

4. Virtual items and currency

• Coins, gems, fuel, keys, parts, gear, riders, bikes and everything else in the game ("items") are a personal licence to use within this game only. They are not property or money, have no real-world cash value, and cannot be cashed out, transferred or resold.
• Your items are kept on our server, and the server's balance is the correct one. We may correct balances that are wrong because of a system error or cheating.
• Gear boxes and packs that contain random items show the odds for each rarity before you open or buy them.
• We may adjust power, in-game prices, rewards and difficulty to keep the game balanced.

5. Purchases

• All purchases go through Google Play at the price Google Play shows. What you get is shown in the game before you buy, and it is added once our server has confirmed the purchase with Google.
• The Premium Rider Vest (VIP) is a monthly subscription that renews and charges automatically until you cancel it in Google Play; after cancelling it lasts to the end of the period. The monthly card does not renew by itself.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play yourself.
• If you paid and did not get your items, tell us in Settings → Talk to the dev team, or by email, with the order number (GPA.…).

6. Refunds

• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• When a purchase is refunded or charged back, we take back what it gave: all its gems even if your balance goes below zero, parts as far as you have them, gear if you still have it, no-ads, the monthly card's remaining days, the growth fund and the gems it already paid, and VIP. Riders already unlocked are not taken back.
• A negative gem balance cannot be spent until it is back to zero or more (by playing or buying gems).

7. Ads

The only ads are reward ads you choose to watch; there are no forced ads. The reward is given once the ad is finished and confirmed, and each placement has a daily limit. Buyers of "No ads" or VIP get the rewards without watching, under the same limits.

8. Fair play

Do not modify the app, use bots or play aids, exploit bugs, fake ad views, use unauthorised payments or abuse refunds, or interfere with our servers. If we find this, we may take back items gained that way, reset progress, or suspend or close the account, with no refund for items gained through it.

9. Talking to the dev team

Messages and pictures you send the team must be polite and lawful and must not contain other people's personal data. We may not answer, or may remove, messages that are not.

10. Content and intellectual property

The game, its art, sound and text belong to us or our licensors. The characters, events, bike brands and shop names in the game are fiction or parody for entertainment; they are not connected to or endorsed by any real person or brand. Real places are used as settings only.

11. Changes and end of service

• We may update, add or remove content. Events and offers last for the time shown in the game. Stages need an internet connection, and the game may close for maintenance from time to time.
• If we end the service, we will tell you in the game at least 30 days ahead and stop selling items when we announce it. Remaining items are not refunded in money unless the law requires it.

12. Liability

We provide the game as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

13. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account and all data, or on the account deletion page. All items are gone for good and cannot be restored.

14. Changes to these terms, law and contact

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the game; playing on afterwards means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by Thai law. Contact us at admin@glowcubegame.com or in Settings → Talk to the dev team.
